Biography
My route through journalism in my academic and professional career has been unique, taking me from arts reporting in London, to wire news reporting, to working with a media team in rural Senegal. My interests have changed along the way and so have the mediums, but what’s remained throughout is a passion for asking the questions that dig beneath the surface and bringing out the humanity and emotion in every story.

I began to dedicate my time to video journalism in Sophomore year of college, creating and running a video team at the student paper. The medium feels fresh, emotionally powerful, creatively exciting, and it seems to be where my generation's eyeballs are. I hope to continue to push myself forward artistically and tell stories that examine people in new ways.
